This very afternoon
In the heart of bloom
Comes

The sweetest desire
So secret
The garden

6 feet apart
No touch
All honored

We dance
Spinning
Each heart’s desire
As one

This very sunset
Ringing out
Day for Night’s
Stealthy return

Earth our home
Spinning
Brings Day
Brings Sunset
Brings Night
Brings Sunrise
Again, again, again …
