dailybell 2020 + + +

was the 13th year in an ongoing project, dedicated to the observation of the sun at every crossing of the horizon and to sharing the awareness of that moment with others (i.e. ring a bell). This year's invitation was for others to witness and share a sunrise or sunset each month. With the onset of covid19, came the mandate to shelter in place. Knowing that we would be at home each evening, we decided to ring a LOUD bell every sunset, marking the day's end to anyone within earshot.

Day 1 Sheltering in Place - SOAR

Grab a bell-- Open your Window- Step outside and Ring (SOAR)!
Invite your neighbors to do join you.

We will do this every night while we are sheltering in place- This was the first. It's pretty loud. Maybe fewer rings tomorrow :)
